After an Initial Consultation has taken place, EnCompass will facilitate an assessment with the goal of understanding the learner’s current performance levels, strengths, challenges and needs.
During the assessment, learners will be given a series of short tests evaluating their basic skills in reading, spelling and math. The results, combined with the information provided during the Initial Consultation, will be analyzed and used to develop a Learning Plan that helps learners, families, and classroom teachers collaborate to make learning easier and more successful for the learner.
