Once the assessment is complete, learners and their families receive a Learning Plan that includes a profile of the learner’s strengths, weaknesses, challenges, needs, and recommendations for strategies and accommodations to support future learning.
This plan will be implemented and development will be measured to make sure the learner is progressing.
