Navigating Together

Family Navigation is a free and voluntary program designed to support you to power your children’s success at home, in the community, and at school. Typically, parents and all members of the household work 1:1 with a Navigator for as long as is beneficial. Together, you connect to services and community resources to address challenges limiting your child’s academic success.

Family Navigation offers a variety of free and meaningful whole-family events which connect you to your child’s school and community, like seasonal celebrations, cooking classes, Seneca Park Zoo outings, roller skating, museum trips, sporting events, and trips to the movies!

Eligible families live in Rochester and surrounding areas.
