Planning For Your Future

Future Ready is enrolling Rochester students in grades 6-12. Our FREE, safe and fun afterschool program takes place 4 days per week on our Lake Avenue campus (16 Lakeview Park). Transportation is available to/from school and home. Teens receive year-round tutoring, 1:1 navigation, and college and career development as they develop job and life skills.

Students work with their Navigators to chart personalized college and career plans, and we place students in jobs. Once placed in jobs and post-graduation, EnCompass stays connected to support lasting success!

Eligible students live in the City of Rochester and surrounding areas.
